Added a php gallery that will be MUCH easier to update than the old html one and hopefully more user friendly too.

Also update the Japanese Garden pics with some additional summer ones.
Next project is to go through and add comments to pictures. Maybe next week (or next year)
Hopefully I'll have the fall pics and also a Crater Lake section by the first week in November (maybe some New Orleans pics as well)
